Shipping and Delivery

Whiskora products are freshly prepared and require careful handling. Delivery availability, timelines, and charges may vary depending on product type, order size, delivery distance, weather conditions, and delivery partner availability.

Delivery Areas

Delivery is available only in serviceable locations. If a location is not serviceable, or if a product is considered too delicate for delivery, pickup or an alternate arrangement may be recommended.

Delivery Timelines

Many Whiskora products are made to order and may require advance notice. Delivery timelines are confirmed based on product availability and preparation requirements. Custom cakes, celebration orders, and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Window

Once an order is placed on the website and a delivery date is selected, delivery will be attempted within the standard delivery window of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the selected date. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the order amount and delivery location. Orders above ₹499 are currently eligible for free delivery. Delivery charges and free delivery eligibility may be revised or changed at any time without prior notice.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window. Delays resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or last-minute changes may affect delivery timing and product quality.

Product Handling

Cakes, desserts, cheesecakes, truffles, breads, and other baked products should be handled and stored as advised. Once an order has been delivered or collected, Whiskora is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or transportation after handover.

While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
