Refund Policy
We want every order to reach you in the best possible condition. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Perishable Products
Desserts, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, truffles, and other food products are generally not eligible for return once delivered or picked up.
Custom Cakes & Custom Orders
For custom cake and personalised orders submitted through the Design Your Cake section, the order is considered confirmed only after design details, pricing, and availability have been discussed and approved. Once confirmed and payment has been made, these orders are also non-cancellable and non-refundable
Any deposit or advance payment for a custom cake or custom dessert order may be non refundable once design planning, ingredient purchase, or preparation has begun.
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The order was damaged before delivery or pickup.
- A confirmed order could not be fulfilled by us.
- There was a verified quality issue reported promptly after receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Incorrect storage or handling after delivery or pickup.
- Change of mind after the order has been prepared.
- Incorrect address or unavailable recipient.
- Custom cakes or custom orders after work has begun.
- Minor variations in decoration, colour, finish, or appearance for handmade products.
Reporting an Issue
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Delayed reports may be harder to verify.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible, In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
Whiskora reserves the right to review each case individually and make the final decision based on the order type, preparation stage, delivery status, and issue reported.
