Custom cakes are made to order and require discussion, planning, and confirmation before production.

Enquiry and Confirmation

Submitting a custom cake enquiry does not automatically confirm the order. We will review the required date, serving size, flavour, design, complexity, and delivery location before confirming availability and final pricing.

Information Required

Please share the occasion, date, number of servings, preferred flavour, theme, colour palette, reference images, message on cake, delivery or pickup preference, and budget range if available.

Design Variations

All custom cakes are handmade. Final colours, textures, decorations, and finishing may vary slightly from reference images. Reference images are used for inspiration and may not be copied exactly.

Pricing and Payment

Final pricing depends on size, flavour, design complexity, decorations, delivery needs, and timeline. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the order.

Changes

Design, flavour, size, or date changes are subject to availability. Changes may not be possible once preparation has started and may affect the final price.

Cancellation

Custom cake deposits or payments may be non-refundable once design planning, ingredient purchase, or preparation has begun.

Pickup, Delivery, and Handling

Cakes must be handled carefully and stored as instructed. Once a cake has been delivered or picked up, Whiskora is not responsible for damage caused by transport, heat exposure, incorrect storage, or mishandling.
